The villa was built in 1991. Placed on the side of the mountain " Faron ", in one residential and elevated area, it offers a panoramic sight on of the natural harbour and the city of Toulon.
Besides, it is in a quiet environment, in the heart of an impasse, with possibility to park inside of the property.
The villa is consisted of three apartments, two of which are put rented during summer.
From autumn, except exception, only an apartment on the groundfloor is available for rent (to inquire about the other possibilities).
The owner lives also in the villa. Furthermore, it is possible to make beautiful walks, in typically provençal landscapes, not far from the villa;
However, the car is necessary to go shopping or to go to the beach.

Apartment to the 1.Stage
The owner occupies the 1.Stage until the 1.juin. After this date and hang 3 months it will be also possible to rent the 1.Stage.
The apartment comprises a large living room (40 m2) with terrace and panoramic sight. See photographs. Cook equipped with washing machine, dishwasher and microwawe oven. Bathroom with WC, dusche and wash-hand basin. No separated bedroom, but a mezzanine with 3-4 beds. Total surface approximately 75 m2. A staircase interns and a door connect the two apartments between them.
This will allow for example; to rent the two apartments for a large family or two couples of friends who wish to spend the holidays together while keeping independence.
Tarif: 500 eur/week in juin, juli and august.

The apartment on the groundfloor contains three rooms (chambers), with two double beds and one single bed.
The flat was fit out in 1999. The total surface is of neighborhood 80 m2.
The apartment is equipped with an American kitchen with refrigerator and washing machine..
The living room with the kitchen has a surface about 20 m2. The livingroom is directed to the south with a great glazed bay which gives on the terrace, and you can perceive the city of Toulon and the Mediterranean Sea.
The terrace possesses the necessary furniture for outdoor dining. (Table, chairs, parasol)
There is a great bathroom with bath, washbasin, W-C and bidet.The heater is electric with cables heating incorporate into the ground.
Price: Between 300 and 500 Eur/week.
